1 pound lean ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard

3/4 cup ketchup
3 teaspoons brown sugar
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste

| 1. | In a medium skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, onion, and green pepper; drain off liquids. |
| 2. | Stir in the garlic powder, mustard, ketchup, and brown sugar; mix thoroughly. Reduce heat, and simmer for 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. |

| 1. | Blend the spinach, basil, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice, lemon zest, and 2 tablespoons olive oil in a food processor until nearly smooth, scraping the sides of the bowl with a spatula as necessary. Drizzle the remaining olive oil into the mixture while processing until smooth. |
1 medium head cabbage, shredded
1 large red onion, diced
1 cup grated carrots
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 cup white sugar

1 cup white vinegar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon dry mustard
black pepper to taste

| 1. | In a large bowl, combine cabbage, onion, carrots, and celery. Sprinkle with 1 cup sugar, and mix well. In a small saucepan, combine vinegar, oil, salt, dry mustard, and pepper. Bring to a boil. Pour hot dressing over cabbage mixture, and mix well. |
1 cup butter
2 tablespoons prepared Dijon-style
mustard
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
2 pounds medium raw shrimp, shelled,
deveined, with tails attached

| 1. | Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). |
| 2. | In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the butter, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, and parsley. When the butter melts completely, remove from heat. |
| 3. | Arrange shrimp in a shallow baking dish. Pour the butter mixture over the shrimp. |
| 4. | Bake in preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until the shrimp are pink and opaque. |

1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chiles
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream
of mushroom soup

1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken breast
meat
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
6 (12 inch) flour tortillas
1/4 cup milk

| 1. | Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a large baking dish. |
| 2. | In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and saute the green onion until tender (about 3 to 4 minutes). Add the garlic powder, then stir in the green chiles, cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Mix well. Reserve 3/4 of this sauce and set aside. To the remaining 1/4 of the sauce in the saucepan, add the chicken and 1/2 cup of shredded Cheddar cheese. Stir together. |
| 3. | Fill each flour tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll up. Place seam side down in the prepared baking dish. |
| 4. | In a small bowl combine the reserved 3/4 of the sauce with the milk. Spoon this mixture over the rolled tortillas and top with the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded Cheddar cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly. |
